Update

We are still actively working with engineering to resolve the outage affecting the ThoughtSpot Sync service. The functionality remains unavailable at this time.

We are treating this as a high priority and will provide another update as soon as we have an ETA for a fix. Thank you for your continued patience!

ThoughtSpot Sync is currently experiencing an outage and users may be unable to access or utilize Sync functionality at this time. If you need to contact Support during this period, please email us at: support@thoughtspot.com, or reach out to your Account Team to raise any priority issues, and they will alert us directly. We will resume normal Sync operations as soon as possible and will provide updates as they become available.
